1. Review the Fresh School Healthy Vending Agreement.

2. Take the time to review and complete our agreement. We will require a signature in order to deliver your new Fresh Healthy Vending Machines.

3. Please print and fax the signed Fresh School Healthy Vending Agreement. Fax (858) 795-9959

4. A Fresh representative will contact you once we receive the agreement to inform you when the Fresh Healthy Vending machines will arrive and to coordinate the installation.
